- 1 jan 2012 Gorgeous food! Really good and the service was excellent. You should really give this place a shot! I recommend the chicken and lamb tikka masala aswell as the lamb pasanda.
- 27 jul 2010 Reliable over 28 years......! For a good, reliable curry you will do well here. The prices have remained the same it would appear over the past few years and the food is fine. Rapid and efficient service. It must be good as it has featured in our college reunion evenings since around 1982 ! (CCAT Cambridge). Happy curry experience ! Joe
19 jan 2009 The Strand Tandoori I had eaten in The Strand Tandoori Resturant. With a group of 4 people, on the 15th of January. Very good exiquisite cuisines such as, Chicken Jalpege, Chicken Tikka Masala, Chicken Chilli Masala and Lamb Pasanda. Out of the 4 dishes I would recommend, Chicken Tikka Masala and Chicken Jalpege was the best dish out of all of them. Moreover, I had eaten at many resturants but I would highly recommend that Strand Tandoori was the best resturant so far.
19 jan 2009 Good but not the best It is difficult finding an Indian restaurant in this part of London, so after a few beers in Covent Garden we landed here. The food and service were OK, but the servings were quite small and the prices not so small. So while there is nothing wrong with this restaurant I am sure there is a better Indian restaurant out there waiting to be found.
- 11 dec 2011 I've been there more than twenty times and they never missed a thing. Especialy good lamb korma, chicken madrans and all hot plate meals, very fast service and best value for the money spent. I'll be back for sure.
